We provide delivery services across Bangladesh. Our delivery network covers all major cities, towns, and rural areas to ensure your furniture reaches you safely and on time.

Delivery Timeframes

Inside Dhaka

1-2 Days

Fast delivery within Dhaka city and surrounding areas

Outside Dhaka

2-5 Days

Delivery to all other cities and districts across Bangladesh

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges & Payment

Cash on Delivery (COD) Only

We only accept cash payment upon delivery. Please have the exact amount ready when our delivery team arrives.

Delivery Instructions

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address
  • Our delivery team will call you 30 minutes before arrival
  • Please check your furniture items before accepting delivery
  • For large furniture items, please ensure adequate space for delivery and installation
  • Assembly service is available for an additional charge (where applicable)

Assembly Service

Professional assembly service available for complex furniture items.

Express Delivery

Same-day delivery available in selected areas of Dhaka for urgent orders.

Delivery Restrictions

  • We do not deliver to PO Box addresses
  • Some remote areas may require additional delivery time
  • Large furniture items may not be deliverable to apartments without elevator access
  • Delivery may be delayed during adverse weather conditions
