1. Agreement to Terms

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without notice. We only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method. Payment must be made in cash to our delivery person upon receipt and inspection of your furniture.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled due to inventory limitations or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times vary based on location:

• Inside Dhaka: 1-2 business days
• Outside Dhaka: 2-5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

7. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, false, or misleading.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
